If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service. The customer must confirm these terms and conditions when placing an order on the site by ticking a box on the order screen.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Generation Learning AI Limited’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose;

3. AI Avatar Generation and Usage

The AI avatar generation tool ("Tool") provided by Generation Learning AI Limited is designed to create digital representations for legitimate personal and business use. By using our Tool, you agree:

• Not to create content that is defamatory, pornographic, harassing, or violates any applicable laws;
• Not to misrepresent another individual's identity without explicit permission;
• To respect intellectual property rights and privacy concerns when creating avatars;
• That Generation Learning AI Limited retains the right to remove or refuse any content created using our Tool.

4. Content Ownership, Licensing, and AI Processing

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload, submit, generate, or store through the platform ("Customer Content"). By using our services, you grant Generation Learning AI Limited a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, secure, process, display, and use the Customer Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, and maintain the services.

AI Model Training: Generation Learning AI Limited does not use Customer Content to train, improve, or fine-tune foundational AI models without your explicit, separate consent.

Account Termination: Upon termination of your account, you may request the deletion of your Customer Content. Generation Learning AI Limited will delete your content within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations to retain data or routine backup cycles.

All underlying technology, algorithms, and software remain the exclusive property of Generation Learning AI Limited.

5. Service, Pricing, and E-Commerce Terms

Service Description: Generation Learn provides digital AI-powered avatar video creation and platform subscription services. Our services are fully digital, cloud-based software-as-a-service products, and there are no physical goods or export restrictions.

Advance Payment: Payment is required in full advance before access to subscription plans or creation credits is granted.

Currency, Taxes, and Price Validity: The applicable transaction currency (such as United States Dollars - USD) will be clearly stated and displayed to the cardholder before proceeding with a purchase. Displayed prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Offers and prices remain valid only for the duration specified on the checkout page.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on the website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Generation Learning AI Limited makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Generation Learning AI Limited or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Service, even if Generation Learning AI Limited or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Revisions and Errata

Generation Learning AI Limited does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Generation Learning AI Limited may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

9. Governing Law and Merchant Domicile

These terms and conditions, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius. The Country of Merchant domicile is Mauritius, which will be clearly disclosed to the cardholder immediately prior to the completion of the payment instructions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mauritius for the resolution of any disputes, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
